How to submit a request

  1. Email support@chatkode.com from the address tied to your account when possible.
  2. Or use the contact form and mention “Privacy request” in the subject.
  3. Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, or another clarification.

We may need to verify that you control the account before fulfilling a request. If you only used a temporary random-chat session and never claimed, include any details you still have about that session.

What to include

  • Your Chatkode username (if you have one)
  • The email used to sign in or claim
  • The type of request and any relevant details
