Honest limits
App lock is not a full-disk encryption product and does not replace your device passcode. Use both. It also does not stop screenshots or someone who already knows your PIN.

No. Privacy tools help keep conversations private in everyday use. App lock protects access on the device in front of you.
Can I lock a single chat?
Yes — Chatkode also supports a per-chat PIN from the conversation menu, in addition to whole-app lock and Hidden chats.
